Castello 'Old Antiquari' Prince (KK) # 308

An Italian Prince - not Machiavelli's - which in itself is unusual. I can't recollect any other Italian making one. Prince's are normally smaller slender pipes with relatively thick walls. Castello makes the traditional  Prince and a slightly heftier version with thicker walls and shank. Not delicate like most and classic as this one. What is particularly fine about this small pipe is its deep well defined blast. Smaller pipes generally do not have a good blasts as there is so little wood to work with.  Truly an exceptional piece.
