Castello 1982 'Great Line Collection' CE # 6 *Latest*

In 1982, Castello set some blocks aside to be aged. Then, in the early '90s, they began shaping  the briar process only to be halted, then set aside. Over 30 years later Castello finished the pipes. The 1982's are very limited number with over 35 years total aging of the briar. 

This is a stunning tight grained Italianate Dublin 1982 Great Line Collection. The flare of the bowl is moderate with a clearly defined line.  Done so well by Castello it is a delight to the eye. The excellent flame grain in a golden-blond finish makes it a looker. This is a big bowled thick walled pipe for a long cool session.

This Great Line Collection is a fusion of beauty and age. Comes with sleeve and Castello custom fitted box.  # 29 

Condition: VG+ - no flaws or issues. It has been little smoked, with virtually no carbon cake. There is a bit of rim taring on the right back side. The stem is pristine.
