RETURN POLICY
All new pipes and accessories are returnable for a refund less shipping and 5% restocking charge at our discretion. Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date. We may at our discretion waive the restocking charge. All returns must be approved beforehand. After 21 days a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price. The items must be in the original packaging and in unsmoked undamaged condition. Estate pipes are generally not returnable for obvious reasons.
