Northern Briars Quaynt # 101

A classic Charatan shape from the 1960's. What the then name was I do not know but heard it referred to as a 'long shank'. Not surprising from a pipe maker who lives on a British canal boat and at in his teens apprenticed under his father pipe restorer/repairman when Charatans were as sought after as Dunhills. With this much experience of Charatan, Ian knows more about them than anybody else  'in the trade' in England. This pipe with much briar all around it will certainly deliver a cool long session. It has an ODA bowl size. Sitter.
