Northern Briars Apple ODA # 83
A large 1/8 bent Apple, the classic shape 1st made in the 1930's . by Charatan, Dunhill and until recently by Les Wood and these days by Ian Walker. The idea of this pipe was simply a sturdy pipe that could easily be smoked outdoors even when windy or drizzly, which it regularly is in England, especially Yorkshire, in the north. This is a large Group 5 size.
