Northern Briars Rhodesian Spigot # 31
A traditional 1/8 bent Rhodesian in the classic 1930's style. A pipe with a good sized bowl to deliver a 30+ minute smoke. These were extremely popular with flycasters, shooters and hunters. A good sized pipe the with a slight bend lessened the weight when it needed to be clenched. As when you felt a trout take the line or shooting your new Holland & Holland twin bore at clays before you tried grouse. Notice this pipe at 6 1/2" (165mm) is a longer than a regular 6". The reason was to keep the smoke from clouding ones vision. After all one wouldn't want to miss the one moose that turned up when it's bone-chilling weather in Maine. Of course it works just as well when sitting by a fire with a winter libation. This classic sterling silver spigot is a standout pipe.
