Peter Klein - On Sale -25%
Peter Klein from Essen, Germany was first carpenter then took up pipe making as a hobby. As he became more involved it became his calling. In 1988 he started selling them in German. A few years later with his pipes known in Europe, he and his wife decided to move to Ringkøbing, Denmark, to be nearer to the source of his inspiration.
Peter’s pipes have evolved so the 200 a year he makes are more Danish than German. They pipes are known for their rich finish and regularly have some size with thick walls. Not surprising considering that Peter is a big guy and drives a BMW motorcycle.
His workmanship is meticulous with German precision and Danish relaxed lines giving the angular elements a soft edge. His grading is C to AA with ‘Orca’ his top grade. His pipes are smooths & sandblast.
