Alberto Bonfiglioli Billiard ODA # 40

A good solid pipe that will only fit in a large  pocket or pipe bag. The finish is what I would call smooth sandblast, the ridges and valleys feel smooth to the touch. With its very thick walls 5/8" (16mm)  & much wood including the thick shank this be a cool pleasure to smoke. Albertos idea of a pipes properties, is that should fit in a pocket, it must smoke cool - the reason all his pipes have a lot of wood, reasonably priced, and preferably a sitter.

The sitter - interestingly Lee Von Erck, a total different pipemaker in every way, also makes as many as possible that are sitters. I cannot think of two other pipe makers who could be so different.
