Martelo Jatobá # 1070

Gustavo's unique Jatobá. I do not recall when Gustavo introduced  this shape. It was after 2017.  Any pipe maker that expands the pipe vocabulary, my hats off to. As Giancarlo Guidi, founder of Ser Jacopo, said the pipe world is "only short of new shapes and more customers".

This Jatobá has beautiful high contrast tight flame grain. The flame is consistent around the bowl and the bottom is completely covered in tight birdseye. It is stained bringing out a deep rich brown background with honey colored highlights. This stunning Gustavo Jatobá is a large one a with a tall bowl and solid ovalized shank and stem.

The pipes thick walls and its' proportions will ensure a cool smoke whether flake or a blend.
