Commonweal II Billiard # 2347

Its' antecedents were British Panel Billiard then it went to Japan. It is still the same just different with smooth panels, the corners sandblasted, the shank extension is akin to a boxwood shank extension, a vulcanite stem Brindle deep moss green/black stem. Unusual and sitter.
