Tatsuo Tajima Dragon Castle # 43

This pipe would best be described its Japanese expression/concept 'Dragon Castle'.  It bowl shape  certainly suggest a Castle Turret and the rim claws are a defense against Dragons.  The pipe is carved and then the ancient Japanese Yūri-kinsai technique is used and all the valleys on the pipe are filled with real gold flecks. The Cumberland stem compliments the bowl's colors. The burgundy and gold color finish are the same colors as Japanese & Chinese temples. A very unique piece.
